The "chorus" name, logo, and any associated marks are reserved by the project maintainer. This is a placeholder notice for the maintainer to formalize; it records intent, it is not a registered-trademark claim.
The code in this repository is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 (see LICENSE). The
Apache 2.0 license grants rights to the code; it does NOT grant any right to use the
project's name, logo, or marks. In particular:
- Do not use the "chorus" name or marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or that your fork or derivative is the official project.
- Nominative, factual references are fine: for example, "compatible with chorus" or "built on chorus", as long as they do not imply official status.
- A fork or redistribution that materially modifies the project should use its own name to avoid confusion.
For the open-source and open-core boundary, see docs/open-core.md. For trademark questions, contact the maintainer (see SECURITY.md for the contact; MAINTAINER TODO: confirm or replace with a dedicated trademark contact before any formal mark registration).
