fix(olm): use the official Hermes logo for the bundle icon (#60)

Replaces the placeholder SVG in the OLM bundle CSV `spec.icon` with the
official Hermes logo from https://agentlocker.ai (converted webp -> png,
since OperatorHub/OLM icons accept png/jpeg/svg/gif but not webp).
400x400 image/png. `operator-sdk bundle validate` passes. The new icon
ships to OperatorHub on the next release's re-submission.
