Link in the readme redirects to 404.

This is the link in the readme:

It redirects to a non-existing website, 404.
I also tried accessing it from the link in papermerge docs:
https://docs.papermerge.io/3.5/user/upload-documents/?h=command+line#command-line

still that link is:
https://docs.papermerge.io/3.5/user/cli/cli.md
which sadly also redirects to 404, not sure if the status of the repo is archived or not maintained.
