The refs field in pcite table #4

Description

The README.md in this repo does describe the required tables, entries and their data type. Which tables in particular did you need it for?

I am wondering if I can have an example of pcite table. The refs field, as you described, encodes a list of references in binary. "It is possible to disable the encoding/decoding of the last three 2-byte fields in the configuration file." And if I disable the encoding/decoding of the last three 2-byte fields in the configuration file, what kind of value should I give the refs field in pcite table?
