Does papertrail cli still work following the Solarwinds cutover?

I cannot seem to tail any of my groups that were converted from PT.

OK, they tail, but:

1. from invoking the cli to getting the first byte of log, it takes many minutes, sometimes double digit minutes
2. -s <system> seems to have no effect. the output contains logs from the entire group of systems.
