How to in-screen resize for windows

I cannot figure out a natural way to resize both the two windows horizontally that both of them should fit in the screen, but exceed it.

It drives me crazy when I open a browser window and an editor window that I must see both of them in the screen entirely without one of them exceeding the screen.

How to do this in paperwm?

I know I can resize a window with Super+r, but this cannot resize both windows.
