Update revisionDesc

 - Commit - Added transcription from pdf (Luc Bieri)
 - Submit - Transcribed from a pdf. There is an unidentifiable symbol which begins every line '/'. This symbol is assumed for lines 1-15 [/]. Also, I was unable to see if the indentation on line 27 was done correctly. (Luc Bieri)
