postcss like config to add plugins and options?

We've a React Component Library and using poscss in it with around 4-5 plugins.

I was looking to replace postcss with lightningcss.

I see we do have a dedicated cli package but there's no config file support to pass all the options and custom plugins so that we have a clean CLI script and everything is managed through the config file.

We have a team, it's better if they see a drop-in sort of replacement.

Is it possible currently or passing the flags to the cli is the only option right now?
