Add option for specifying template & add template alias

Basically I'm looking to be able to do

npm create polkadot-dapp --template="reactive-dot"

Which is an alias of

npm create polkadot-dapp --template="react-papi-tailwind"

It would also be good to be able to specify the name of the template without needing to prompt the user:

npm create polkadot-dapp my-project --template="reactive-dot"
