Remove differential testing parts of init.sh #81
Description
Differential testing moved to a dedicated repository. This now serves a kitchensink test suite repo.
As a consequence the init.sh script should pivot into being just a central entrypoint to run the following tests:
- OpenZeppelin
- ETH RPC tests
Meaning:
- Clean everything related to openzepplin tests up
- Only support one node (the ktichensink node)
- Support running either of above test suites
- Ensure it will be easy to integrate more test suites in the future
- Update the README.md to reflect the new situation
