[CI/Test/Example] Push Naren's sdk clients

@mudigal created rust and typescript sdk for clients 🚀 #202, let's push those:

TODO

• make them as a part of CI
  • We already have PAPI tests
  • The idea is to run the same set of tests or maybe for simplicty, let's replicate just store big data tests:
    • generate random 64MiB file (as we do now)
    • run all the clients (PAPI, rust, typescript)
    • check with IPFS (as we do now)
    • ideally collect exactly the same stats as we do now
• make sure their are 100% compatible
• tune clients
• (low prio for now) think about releasing those (github releases, crates.io)

Note: I suggest to push to the branch on the top of Naren's, when ready we merge everything
