Transaction Drops on Asset Hub

We submit 100k+ transactions daily on Polkadot Asset Hub via @polkadot/api. Most succeed, but ~2 transactions per day disappear after receiving a TxID.-

• Block Inclusion: We confirmed that the transactions were not included in the Parachain (Asset Hub) block.
• Verification Process: We are using the @polkadot/api library for our operations. When we execute the signAndSend function, the node successfully returns a transaction hash (TxID), indicating the broadcast was accepted by the connected node. However, these specific transactions are never found in any subsequent blocks on the chain.
• Timestamps (UTC): The most recent occurrences of this issue happened at the following times (converted to UTC):
  • January 28th, 08:28 UTC
  • January 29th, 01:16 UTC

Hey @ATN-Hayoung,
When the transaction is lost, do you need to "reclaim" the nonce? Or will the nonce be used? Can you share the account where this is happening? Also can you give more details on what the transaction is doing?
