remove kitchensink references

kitchensink will not work properly as of the latest master as it's configuration use deposit fees that are way to high.
Long term we will just merge the features from the revive-dev-node into the omninode and exlusively use the ah-westend runtime for testing, for now we should use revive-dev-node
