Creatd axelar-gmp-sdk-solidity configuration. Currently the failing tests do so because of following issues:

• Unable to Deploy Minimal Proxy (EIP-1167) on Polkavm Networks contract-issues#86
• Error: cannot estimate gas; transaction may fail or may require manual gas limit contract-issues#153
• Default tests failing as only 1 or 2 accounts configured in anvil network hardhat-polkadot#288

New node fixes some of the issues, exposing new stuff:

• Failed to instantiate contract... message: Some("ValueTooLarge") contract-issues#157
• signer.signMessage() results in errorName="InvalidV" (previously was Method not found) contract-issues#158
• Getting "Invalid Transaction" when submitting transactions to the dev-node contract-issues#154

Went through all the errors, nothing new in particular.

Thanks @mutantcornholio for the summaries! We'll look into fixing those. The SELFDESTRUCT opcode will be implemented in the pallet soon, meaning we will be able to translate it properly in the compiler.
