Story: Please add totals at the bottom of the report for LINES, RELEVANT and MISSED

The end of the coveralls report shows the total percentage covered, so the total of relevant and missed are obviously being tracked. Can we have an option (or maybe there is one and you just need to add it to README) to allow me to see those totals at the bottom, and total LINES as well (even if it isn't currently counted).
