I have no http tests, how do I disable whatever it is that causes this warning?

https://github.com/parroty/excoveralls/blob/master/mix.exs#L41 should not be optional, because it's used in most of the CI services via ExCoveralls.Poster. Anything that posts to the Coveralls API uses this.
