Add 'pull-request-title-and-commit-details' option for MERGE_COMMIT_MESSAGE

Hello, author of automerge-action.

According to README.md, the current possible values of MERGE_COMMIT_MESSAGE are:

• automatic (default)
• pull-request-title
• pull-request-description
• pull-request-title-and-description
• a literal value with optional placeholders

I wonder whether it is possible to add a new option, pull-request-title-and-commit-details?

Corresponding to the option in Allow squash merging:

Is there a placeholder to reference all the commits details of a Pull Request, such as pullRequest.commitDetails?

If so, then I think I could customize the "pull-request-title-and-commit-details" with PR number appended. For example:
