docs(store): stop claiming the Play build collects nothing

It now ships Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, so "no data collection or
analytics" in the listing contradicted the Data Safety declaration it sits
next to. Replaced with what is actually true: no ads and no accounts, plus
anonymous diagnostics that never record which apps you install.
