Switching back to the app or resizing causes sign-in popup

Briefly swapping to another app and swapping back causes the authentication popup to appear.
This is also triggered by any kind of resize event (multi tasking on a Fold 7).

This makes it very inconvenient to swap between a website while creating a password.

Hi @archiekennedy, and thanks for the report.

That sign-in popup is currently a very reliable security feature, and we do not plan to change it significantly in the near future. However, there is a plan to add a new feature in which an administrator could grant users the option to increase the authentication time in the app settings.

If you would like to give your idea a little bit more visibility, you can create a "Feature Request" on the Community Forum so people can vote on it and help improve the solution: https://community.passbolt.com/c/backlog/6 Just remember to fill in all the required fields in the request form.

Thanks. Maybe I made this issue too broad. I was really wondering why the sign-in popup is triggered by an app resize event?

There's an argument to be made for requiring re-authentication on swapping, but the resize one feels like a bug.

Maybe this isn't the place to discuss, but if you point me in the right direction I'd be happy to look at the code + contribute 🙂
