No file passbolt.php after installation #589

Hello,
I have a issue to install passbolt in CE.
I'm on a debian 13.
I can follow the setup to install passbolt but when all is finish, i don't have the file "passbolt.php" in the folder "/etc/passbolt".
However, when I performed the installation, the interface did ask me to create a new database and account, and then install nginx.
I tried on several different machines, all running Debian 13, using both the manual method and Docker, and I always got the same result.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the VMs are all brand new.
