When I generate the version with ext.gitVersioner.snapshotEnabled in false, the version name still with -SNAPSHOT postfiex

Can you provide more code from your configuration? I tested it and it works as expected

ext.gitVersioner = [
        defaultBranch           : "develop",
        stableBranches          : ['master'],
        snapshotEnabled         : false,
        localChangesCountEnabled: false,
]

println("versionName: $gitVersionName")
// outputs: versionName: 392-yz11

ext.gitVersioner = [
        defaultBranch           : "develop",
        stableBranches          : ['master'],
        snapshotEnabled         : true,
        localChangesCountEnabled: true,
]

println("versionName: $gitVersionName") 
//outputs: versionName: 392-yz11(10)-SNAPSHOT
