Should the block lists be downloading periodically or only on start?

Just got gluetun up and running and noticed in the logs that it fails to download the block lists because the "Server is misbehaving." That gets sorted quickly, but i dont see an indication that the block lists attempt to download again?

compose file below, I do plan on moving variables to a .env file once i move this on the permanent machine after testing btw
