Add botanical phenotype value terms needed by FLOPO v2

Request to add botanical phenotype value terms needed by FLOPO v2.

During the FLOPO v2 rebuild we extracted categorical phenotype values from flora descriptions. These values are currently minted temporarily in FLOPO as extension classes, but should ideally be represented directly in PATO.

This consolidated request covers 332 terms. A companion PR will add the terms to src/ontology/pato-edit.obo so curators can review/merge or edit them directly.

Parent suggestions were generated after downloading and parsing the actual PATO OBO file (releases/2025-05-14/pato.obo).

Modeling pattern

• Simple values are asserted as subclasses of the closest PATO value class.

• Compound color values receive multiple parent classes where appropriate, e.g. purplish-brown under both purple and brown.

• FLOPO currently keeps these as local extension values until PATO accepts them.
