In Smart Stack, there's an option to pin 3 small complications. For some reason, Duffy doesn't show up as an option in there, so I wind up using Pedometer++ to show steps. Unsure how you need to tell WatchOS to allow Duffy, since the complication size seems compatible with what it should allow in there.
