Find Known Patterns

If I have a set of known patterns (e.g. one is of 50x3 dimension, another one is of 45x3), how can i find similar patterns in large datasets?

Hi, it sounds like you are looking for a similarity search library rather than a motif discovery library. in your case this pattern is the query, and you must search for all repeats of it. I tried hacking this in using this library, but it would require some changes to the core library, which I do not want to push now prior to Christmas.

For a potentially faster solution, you might look for stumpy.

I tried stumpy but since it takes average distance of all dimension, it does not produce good results for my case. Could you please push your code after Christmas?
