HorizontalAxis label lineCount should observe only provided line breaks, not apply own wrapping

In my quest to display dates on the x-axis I experimented with lineCount, and putting the year, month, day on different lines.

It is mostly satisfactory,

until it decides to wrap individual digits.

Hello, @ployt0. Like truncation, wrapping occurs only when there's too little room. Without it, the labels would overlap, which is undesirable. The issue here is that there are too many labels, and they have too little space to be drawn normally.

The label spacing can be automatically adjusted to avoid this. In this case, HorizontalAxis measures the labels at their instrinsic width and picks a spacing value that gives them at least that much room, ensuring no truncation or wrapping occurs.
