Descriptions include HTML instead of Markdown

Most of the pattern markdown files have description text in HTML. This obviously doesn't get parsed correctly. This is one of the most obvious issues, but this kit, along with others like Foundation, Material Design, and others(?) should be flagged for review and updated for compatibility with the latest version of PL.

@ixley Hi Jeff, thanks for flagging this. We've been busy getting the new version of Pattern Lab out the door, and these starterkits took a back seat in order to focus on the core and new website. This likely won't be addressed any time soon as our availability is limited, but pull requests are always welcome!
