PF6: Create a newsletter for the v6 release

Goal

To create a “flashy” marketing-style announcement that we will send out to our email mailing list. We want to focus on highlighting the key visual changes that people will see. Erin has started a draft at the top of this doc (page 1). Since this is via an email mailing list, design can be quite flexible here & more of a full-page spread.
