A product team using PatternFly created a Guided tour experience to highlight the new features available in a release. User testing has indicated that this tour experience is often skipped as it interrupts the users flow with information they don't need in that moment.

The PatternFly team can partner with OpenShift to improve the onboarding experience and provide guidance for other products with similar needs.
