Draft a 'handbook' on how to build Compass type UIs

This should be a resource people building POCs can leverage to correctly build these UIs with the compass theme and components. It can be WIP draft, but at the end of the epic, we should have some docs hosted on our staging site that we can send along to product teams running experiments.

• where do they get the requisite style sheets?
• which new components/variants/classes should they be leveraging?
• can they leverage an application context to turn on/off glass or other compass related features?

Here is a link to a sample stylesheet someone could add that would customize patternfly and compass styles to match their product/brand. This loosely styles it to look more like something you might see on RHDS - red brand colors, more space/padding on things, bigger font, etc.
