Create issue template(s) with prefilled content to help streamline the process for contributors and maintain consistent issue reporting.

• Create a new issue template file in the .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ directory.
• Add issue type, description, expected behavior, steps to reproduce, etc.
• Ensure template is easy to use and clearly outlines the necessary information needed for troubleshooting.
• Provide an example of how the template should be used.
• Test template to ensure it works as intended when creating new issues.
