Error while installing plateflex

Hello Prof. Pascal Audet
When i pip install . ,the error is ocurring.
ERROR: Could not build wheels for plateflex, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects.
i follow all the steps of installation.
please tell me how can i do next?
