Using a Raspberry PI 5 how much ram?

I think it might be time to try the RPI 5 to gain some horsepower for this project. How much ram is needed? The cost of the RPI5 is much lower for 1G or 2G of ram vs more ram.

2gb should be enough, only installing radioberry driver is not easy. Because you have to patch the kernel. Or take the image from Johan. I can help. But right now i am in hospital.
