Any example on how to integrate Violet with libdatachannel and a frontend WebRTC library for a stream ?

Just looking for an usage example/docs on how to connect libdatachannel with Violet and a frontend library to achieve a webrtc streaming on a web browser from a gstreamer server for example. i.e. achieve low latency streaming on a web browser using a webrtc connection.

You don't connect libdatachannel with Violet. Violet is a STUN/TURN server which acts as connection helper. You need to pass its URL as ICE server to your WebRTC clients, libdatachannel-based or not.

For an example streaming to a browser for gstreamer, you should look at the media-sender example from libdatachannel.

Yes I have been using that example and I've been wanting to automate the "copy/paste" part with a signalling server. I built a custom one, but wanted to get closer to the standard and I've been seeing multiple examples of people using STUN/TURN server to exchange this kind of data. Just wanted to see how I could automate that SDP offer/answer exchange using a more standard tool.

STUN/TURN servers are not used for signaling. There is no standard for signaling, use whatever suits your application.
