Move architecture to Cloudflare + D1

Hi Paul,
I was thinking about something... as you're already developing in node + sqlite, this project could really be a perfect candidate to be hosted on serverless architecture stack as cloudflare workers + d1 database. I already hosted sites and web application, and I can ensure you the result will be so fast.

Thanks for this suggestion. That's tempting, but I created this project after I tried to run another project which used cloudflare workers + D1, and I thought it was a hassle to configure everything, especially when one does not use regularly CF workers and D1 etc. One has to configure everything, setup payment method etc.
I wanted something simple, local, free.
Plus I'm afraid BetterSQLite API is not compatible with D1.

But if there is enought interest, I would consider it again, and would try making something compatible,
