Use Angular SDK for SciCat (and SciLog) calls

SciCat publishes an Angular SDK generated from OpenAPI spec that provides a high level API for scicat calls. Consider using it after Angular upgrade in SciLog.

SciLog could also generate and publish an SDK and replace the HttpClient calls with SDK calls.
