Problem while running influxsnmp

getting an error message
"Starting influxsnmp daemon: missing influxsnmp command [FAILED]"
while running influxsnmp by passing start .

Need some documentation on how to configure IP address and mib files in configuration file.And also how to run influxsnmp .
