When creating a bookmark while in a category, bookmark creation field "category" should pre-fill with the category you are in.
Example:
Click on Bookmarks
Click on a Category, say "Financial"
Click "Add Bookmark"
The "Bookmark Category" should be pre-filled with the category "Financial"
