Instructors should have access to a read-only student view for their students #525

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a disparitry of information between what the instructor can see and the student can see. There are a lot of places where the student view is "simulated", but that has still led to a lot of confusion on both parties over the semester. When it comes to rubrics, it's been unclear what the student sees when rubric items are applied. When it comes to grades, instructors see all information from the gradebook, which raises confusion when a student reports information that seemingly doesn't match, only to reveal something you thought was unreleased was released or vice-versa.

Describe the solution you'd like
A button in the student profile to impersonate them and see the course from their view. This was a feature on Handins precisely to dispel confusion between the instructor view and student view. That has been instrumental over the years in clarifying student misunderstanding and showing students where to find information.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making a fake student account, which requires a separate GitHub account and email completely unassociated with the instructor account. Since this fake account is a student, they are considered for grading which has been a pain for my graders.
