AI-consumable docs with llms.txt

Our AI agents (like Cursor and Devin) are constantly fighting with the Payload API ... it would be amazing if Payload offered AI-compatible docs in a llms.txt file

For example, Vercel (https://sdk.vercel.ai/llms.txt) and Cloudflare (https://developers.cloudflare.com/llms.txt / https://developers.cloudflare.com/llms-full.txt) have great implementations of this, which makes it much more effective to use with Cursor/Devin/etc.

yes, I've used that in the interim ... but it's also very imperfect with lots of weird data defects ...
