Allow document tabs (API, Versions, etc) to be hidden conditionally based on roles

We want to expose new functions that allow users to hide any of the document tabs based on their defined conditions.

This is a good idea and has been asked many times before by users in Discord. +1.

I think the current workaround is via usage of custom components where you define your conditions for showing a tab or returning null. A function defined in config would be much easier to work with for something like this.
