Reuse rich text leaf button

I am trying to add a color-picker leaf to payload-rich text.

The current rich text leaf button doesn't allow overriding on-click functionality. I have replicated a similar behavior from what exists within the element's button component.

The changes are as follows

• Add option to display tooltip on hover
• Add onClick method as a prop to override the default behavior.

Let me know if any changes are needed.
Unable to push and raise a PR 😅. Do I need to fork & raise it from there ?
Or is there another easier way ?
