About dynamic pages

I do have one root page says A
and that root page have multiple children but we can take B as children and then
B page have 6 subchild with name P, Q, R, S, T, U, V
all these subchild has again 6 child with same name E, F, G, H, I, J, K.

so for eachsubchild has 6 child so i have to make 6*6 = 36 page in payload cms . so how can i achieve this without making those 36 page?
