Conditional fields in link feature don't work any more

Describe the Bug

When creating a link, the form should conditionally show the URL or related entity. However, this is not working any more since 3.22.

Reproduction Steps

The repo is just the result of create-payload-app with the website template without any modifications

• create a Page and insert a link
• select "Internal link"
• the field should change to Entity, but it stays "URL"

Hi @johannesspohr - this appears to be fixed in the latest version v3.23.0. Could you try updating the Payload version in your package.json then reinstall your dependencies, and see if you get the same behavior?
