[BUG] Windows - New Note using incorrect time format

Expected behaviour

When creating a new note from the menu (or via Ctrl-N) the timestamp portion of the name should be something like XXhYYmZZs.
Expected: Note 2025-10-23 12h46m22s

Actual behaviour

The timestamp portion of the name is actually like this:
Actual: Note 2025-10-23 12h46s22

2. OR new Note via Ctrl-N

@pbek - Understood. Is it possible to customize this "new note" naming scheme? Perhaps to something like:
Note YYYY-MM-DD HHMMSS
or
Note YYYY-MM-DD HHhMMmSSs
