Potential input errors in dates of protection requests #3

Within the "temporary protection" data, some requests for temporary protection are dated before the 24th of February 2022. Is this a mistake? In particular, the column "temporary_protection_request_dat" takes values such as "2019-3-19", "2020-3-19", "2020-3-21" etc. Especially important seems the date "2021-3-4", as it corresponds to 154 people. This looks like it was in fact 2022, given both the number of people and the fact that suspicious dates are concentrated around the months of March and April. Besides, several dozens of requests are dated with January and February 2022 (before the 24th of February). Could you please comment on this?
