Is there a way to pass constraints into isolation build system?

Hi,

Recently, setuptools was upgraded under the hood, and broke pdm install command that I was using

I'm using the command in such a way:
pdm install --override=/opt/pdm_constraints.txt --no-editable
There is setuptools<71.0.0 in /opt/pdm_constraints.txt , but it does not affect the isolated env for builds.
For example this flags in pip can help --build-constraint or PIP_BUILD_CONSTRAINT

Is it a bug, or am I missing some flag that can help?
I didn't find something related to it in the docs
