[Feature Request]: Better custom theme handling

• I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Problem Description

Pear's custom theme selection is a bit clunky. It works ok if you just want to set one theme and forget about it, but it could be better for other use cases.

Proposed Solution

Vencord's custom themes work much more smoothly. Instead of loading one css file at a time, vencord has a single theme directory it its config directory that it scans for themes, and any changes to your theme will be reflected instantly rather than requiring a restart. I primarily want live theme reloading for smoother integration with tools like pywal. Hopefully doing what Vencord does is possible since both Discord and Pear are electron apps.
