This project uses Meson for its native part instead of usual NodeJS addon building system, as it uses GObject-Introspection heavily and Meson simply has a better integration with GI.

If you're using Ubuntu, you'll likely need the following dependencies. Although the list is not exhaustive.

    gir1.2-gst-plugins-bad-1.0 \
