Split keys per contexts for translations

Current Behavior

Currently, a bunch of keys (System, Default as examples`) are used in wildly different ways but are assigned to single keys.

Expected Behavior

It would be good for them to be translatable separately instead

This line assumes plurals work like in English:

              (num_remotes != 1) ? i18n_get("%u Paired Phones", data) :
                                   i18n_get("%u Paired Phone", data),

In most Slavic languages this would use nominative singular for 1, genitive singular for 2-4, and genitive plural for 5-20. We can probably assume most people don't pair their watch to 21+ phones, so we can just extend genitive plural to all numbers >=5.

Some languages also have a separate dual form. I think four categories 1, 2, 3-4, 5+ should cover most languages.
